role creation based on authorization object : C_COCF_SRF

Hi,

I have created a role including IP01/IP02/P03 transaction. I want to restrict  the access based on the Functional Location. Means user_1 will have access/right to create the maintenance plan for functional location_1 only.

I made user of TPLNR authorization object : C_COCF_SRF. but its not working. Is it like that this object will be useful for Scift report only and not for the above Tcodes?

Do I have to create a new authorization obect for TPLNR field which is present in the above Tcodes mentioning the table where the maintenance plan gets saved?
