This is regarding Solution Manager integration with CASD.
Requirement: Get the attachment from CA to Solman Incident based on External Reference Number (CA Ticket No).
As a part of Attachment Program we are uploading the information like images and documents as a input to Functional module from Solman Application server. And we are able to see the same attachment in Incident under attachment tab in CRM_UI screen. (This solution is working from SAP side.)
As part of integration testing , we are creating web service through functional module and we are testing web service with SOAP UI. But, We are getting the processing error.

For better understanding of Error, I am attaching the error log appearing in the SRT_UTIL transaction where we will get the Error with complete details.
Could you please help us in finding the root cause for resolving this error message while testing thru SOAP UI.
we are using SOAP UI 4.5.1.
