Error Message for co11n help

Hi Experts,

     My requirement is you can enter only same batch other wise throw the error. I already done , But problem is they are entering the batch bottom to  top.

     if am entering the 2 items means in different batch means i need  it throw the error in first line item only.

     But its throw the error in 2 item.
