how to delete material,fl,equipmenr from sap

i want to know the steps required to delete a material, fl and equipment from sap.

i already use tcodes riarctpa,riarctpv,and riarctpd.

but when i use riarctpd , it ask mefor archiev object and when i click on find it ask me for cell content.

i dont know how to choose it. plz tell me
