PO scrift pdf form error

Hi All,

I have a script program for Purchase order,when i give print preview it displays.

Then when i try to convert the same into PDF format,it ends up in showing the below screen.

can anyone let me know,is there any browser settings to be done to get these or tips to trouble shoot the same,
