Hi All,
I have created a batch job in SM36 which executes a program report and sends the output to a distribution list via MS outlook on a daily basis. I have also created a distribution list in SAP via SBWP to be used as recipient in the batch job. We currently receive the email with the report output as an attachment. Now, the client needs for the email being sent on a daily basis to contain either a document attached (besides the report being generated) or text in the body of the email. The purpose is to include instructions explaining the to the people on the DL how to interpret the report they are receiving.
How can I include text to the body of the email?
How can I attached a document to the email?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
