How to modify a ABAP program when its package was deleted?

Hello experts.

I'm trying to update an ABAP program but its package was deleted.

When I've tried to update, a dialog window appears with the next message:

Package ZBASIS does not exist

Also after make click in this dialog window in the question button, the next message appears:

Message no. TR414

I've tried to update the package for this program with the option "Object direct entry" for "Goto" item in the main menu of SE38 tcode. But every field in this new dialog window is read-only.

Really, I don't know that have to do to resolve this issue.
