Can we delete perticular table records from the cluster tables ?

Hi ,

       I got a requirement like to delete FEHLER table entries from B2 cluster in PCL2 file ( HR module ).

          Is it possible to remove only that perticular table entries from the cluster table . If yes then how to do it..??
