No batch input data for screen SAPMF05A 0300

We created a program to load converted GL postings via a BDC recording on FB01 transaction. However, whenever it processes a file with coding block entry (Trading Partner)  we receive an error that states "No batch input data for screen SAPMF05A 0300".  I found OSS note 9458 from 12.22.1999 that states to run this program in foreground and choose "Enter" or "Continue".  However, this doesn't work.  We have over 200 files in error and can't afford the manual effort to process.  Does anyone no of a way to resolve this issue ?
