How to add a package and its objects and its dependents in a newly created transport request?

Dear Experts,

     I have created a package and i have added few enhancement spots in to this package

and i observed automatically one transport request got created for this package and i have released the transport  request of the package.

later i have added few more enhancement spots to the same package now i observed that new transport request is not automatically created for package

so i have created new transport request in se09 but i am not understanding how to add package to this created transport request so that all objects in the package and all dependencies of the package should be included in the new tr

1. should i include only package in to new tr?

or

2.should i include pacckage and all the objects   in the package separately to new tr if so how to do this.?
