update was terminated in sales order VA01

sap guru's,

When we are creating sales order with required values & when we click on save, it generates an sales order number. But when we do any action then it will prompts an popup message like below :

Popup message:

'update was terminated received from author in sap xxxx'

SAP inbox:

and when we go for VA02/VA03, then the sales order is not showing/available. it shows an message like below:

SD document 2167000116 is not in the database or has been archived

we have configured new output type for print in NACE- ZXXX

In SM13 its showing RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE-Error.

so please let me know is there any solution for this.
