BAPI to release production order despite missing parts

Hi abap gurus,

I need a BAPI or FM to release a production order despite missing parts (material availability).

I was using the bapi BAPI_PRODORD_RELEASE but isn't releasing the production order because the missing parts.

Your help will be very appreciated.
