Print Tax id

Hello All ,

I want to print TAXID  "STCD1" as the per countires format . Is the any standard FM or class using which if i pass country and tax id number

it will return me formated TAD ID.

IF i pass TAX1230011 and india as paramters i should get

TAX,123,00,11  as out put.
