Inner Join taking long time to run after adding mandt to a custom table

Hello All:

I had to add mandt to a client dependent table to make it client dependent, but this table is used in an inner join in along with table glpca, which used to run few minutes, but now after adding mandt to the custom table the inner join query is taking hours to run.

After ading mandt to custom table, I did adjusted custom table using database utility, rebuild the index, ran statistics, but no use.

Please suggest what else I can do.
