select a record from step loop to delete that record

Hi Experts,

   I have a few records in my step loop out of which i want to delete just one record using set cursor/get cursor. In screen there is no check box or radio button. So i have to read particular record through cursor. Please help me with exact code. 

That is the particular screen when user presses  'REMOVE' the particular record is deleted where cursor is placed.

i already went through F1 help but i am unable to figure out how to do it
