SAP add-on installation

Hi experts. Sorry in advance (dunno if it is correct place for this question)!

I have created add-on installation (It works correctly 100%, already was implemented).

Data base on current system was restored and now when I try to install this .pat file in SAINT transaction I have following error :

  -   Error in phase: CHECK_REQUIREMENTS

  -   Reason for error: QUEUE_NOT_EMPTY

  -   Return code:

  -   Error message:

I have triyed to run OCS_RESET_QUEUE function module, but it did not help.
