We have a AP remittance email that has a cover email and an attached PDF document.
The cover email is a created in FM Z_PROCESS_00002040 using a standard text from so10. When I preview the text in so10 it has the formatting as specified. When the email created and viewed in SOSG or in Outlook it is in plain text, all formatting is lost.
Character spacing seems to be changed in the email and it is not consistent. For example:
in the text:
Division name: div.name@xxx.ca
in the email I have had all of these variations of the above text:
Division name: div.name@xxx.ca
Division name:div.name@xxx.ca
Division name: div.name@xxx.ca
Is there any way to get the email sent with formatting?
