Payslip PDF file encripted or password protected while sending mail

I created commend line in SM69 but my problem is how to pass  Parameters for operating system command in below function module. t_result came

55 Can't exec external program (No such file or directory)
44 External program terminated with exit code 1

these error how to over come this
