Enabling buttons in Standard tooolbar

Hello gurus

My requirement is

i have to enable the standard toolbar buttons(Back,Save,Exit,..).

When my basic list is being displayed, standard toolbar buttons are enabled, but when i click on particular field to display the Secondary list, it is displayed  but with disabled standard toolbar buttons.

i also have placed a  back button in secondary list.

I am actually not getting

that why These standard toolbar buttons of secondary list are being disabled and  of  basic list , it is enabled.

can anyone help ?
