Problem in Enabling the Standard toolbar of Secondary list

Hello gurus

My requirement is

i have to enable the standard toolbar buttons(Back,Save,Exit,..).

When my basic list is being displayed, standard toolbar buttons are enabled, but when i click on particular field to display the Secondary list, it is displayed  but with disabled standard toolbar buttons.

i also have placed a  back button in secondary list.

As you can see standard tool bar buttons(Save,back,Exit..) are disabled in secondary list.

can anyone help.
