Dear ABAP Experts,
I have a requirement where in the Process Order has to be released even if the Process Order contains some missing parts. The same has to be done using an ABAP Program. In this regard, the BAPI 'BAPI_PROCORD_RELEASE' has been used. However, this BAPI rejects the Release function for such Process Orders.
On the other hand, when I try to release the same manually, I get a pop up message which gives an option for me to proceed with the PO Release and the Release happens successfully when 'Release Order Button is pressed'(Please refer the screen shot below).
I understand that there are few SPRO Settings that can be modified to meet this requirement. But that is out of scope as the expectation is to release the PO even when PO has missing parts.
How do I make this happen through the program?
