repeat header in subsequent pages at grouplevel

Hello all,

I have an internal table data and I need to display it in adobe form.

It need to be grouped by currency and sub total needs to be displayed at end of each currency. I designed it as below

Now the headings for the table are at group level and they need to be displayed on top of every page.

But the option of pagination tab is not coming for header row at group level, but only row and binding tabs are coming.

How to repeat the headers that are in group level on each page.
