Error in calculating tax in invoice

Hi All,

For an invoice, we are getting the following error message:

An error occurred while calculating tax. This may be an incorrect use of the calculation engine. Please contact your software vendor.#Error trying to calculate tax on transaction.#Unable to adjust max

This message is coming from an RFC function module - RFC_CALCULATE_TAXES_DOC whose destination is VERTEX system.

Please suggest.
