Needs a logic to group the Similer materials in to internal TABLE

HI Experts,

i need a logic to be impliment as per the requiment below

where tbl_ekpo is an internal Table.

• Group the records of tbl_ekpo by MATNR/WERKS
• Verify how many records we have for each group:
  • If only one records à
  • If more than one record exists for MATNR/WERKS à
    Delete the one with the ZZENDDT ne 00000000

please help me..
