Open link within Smartform in New Window

Greetings,

I have a smartform which contains a url link.  I would like this url link to open in a new window.  How can I do this?  My smartform experience has been pretty limited to changing text and add/removing fields on a delivered E-Recruiting smartfoms.

Any assistance with this would be appreciated.
