How to get string value, system is Production environment

I have a custom table (say, my_table), where in couple of fields are strings type(say, my_string_fld). When i open this in SE16, I am not seeing the full data of that string my_string_fld value, pls. let me know how to get this complete value of this string field, pls. note system is PRD - Productions
