FM to fetch roles assigned to user in SU01

Hi Experts,

I am using BAPI_USER_GET_DETAIL to fetch user details.

I was able to fetch address,logon, parameter and other details but did not find roles table.

Can any one know how to fetch these details.

I am looking for some FM to both display and create users in SU01 via program.
