Get the "update task / on commit" mode status

Hi!

I have a function module (f.e. ZXY), which can be called in update task and "normally" also.

However if it is called in update task, I can't use the COMMIT WORK statement, because it causes a dump (otherwise I have to use COMMIT WORK for e-mail sending).

So I would like to get, is it run in update task or not?

How can I get this status? Is it in SYST maybe?
