SAP SCRIPT - change the output language

Hi Experts,

In my scenario, the form output is in German Language(DE), I need to print this in English.

    1) In the form the text is hardcoded in Windows, so I commented the text and written the same text in English . But these changes are not reflecting. 

    But these changes are not reflecting . I underlined some text, that is hard coded in the script

          2) In the debugging, it is not showing my English text, it is showing only German text (please find the attachment - debug screen  ). 

          3) In the debug screen, top of the page it is showing FORM – DE. This means the German language? how can I change this.

        For your information, I am testing in same client.

        I am unable to understand how can I proceed on  this , please advice me.
