SMQ2 - Error during update of table VBEP (RC = 4, Key = 300, 000XXXX)

I am new to this topic.

I am getting an Error message saying Error during update of table VBEP (RC = 4, Key = 300, 000XXXX) when executing the Queue from SMQ2. there is a function module exists CIF_SL_DOC_INBOUND_30A.
