How can I get the sales condition Amount percentage? And how to change value to '%' format?

1.How can I get the sales condition Amount percentage ?  KONV table ? And whether are there any function to do this ?

2.How can I get the MWST Amount 16000 as percentage '16%' , is there any function to do this ?
