SAPscript-based Applicant Correspondence for recruitment letters in PDF

Hi All,

I need to Print Custom SAPscript-based Applicant Correspondence for recruitment letters,

I have created a letter in transaction SO10 as standard text with Text ID = PALT (Applicant Correspondence). we can able to configure the Custom SO10 text and print the letter. But the requirement is to print the letter in PDF and send as Email to the applicant. I created a sapscript and called the SO10 text and converted it to PDF, but it is not working as expected through transaction PB60 when we print a activity.

Is there other configuration needed or the SO10 text itself can be printed and mailed to the applicant through configuration(which I believe there are some options by reading other forms).
