Validation Not triggering

Hi,

I have created a validation wherein the business area will work exclusively for a particular company code. Following parameters in ggb0 at line item level

Prerequisite:

Business Area = '100' OR Business Area = '200' OR
Business Area = '300'

Check

Company Code='BG01'

However when i try to pass an entry in f-02 from a different company code by using the above business area, the system does not reject the entry. Pls help me know the possible reason for this validation not triggering at all.
