Message type PEXR2003 SEPA IDOC

Hello,

I am trying to implement the SEPA requirments and i have to send IDOC to BOA which is SEPA complaint.

When i browsed through the internet i found that a new  message type PEXR2003 is released by SAP.

How can i get this message type in my system? i am on 4.7 support package SAPKH47033.

Currently i am using PEXR2001 message type.
