I've searched the forum, but no conclusive answer was given. I used TEXT_CONVERT_XLS_TO_SAP in conjunction with SAP_CONVERT_TO_XLS_FORMAT a number times with success, but regrettably upgraded to MS Office 2013. The first function to upload xlsx still works, but when I overwrite the file with the second function (after adding a message column for success or errors), then the file cannot be opened by MS Office 2013? Did someone have the same issue and have a solution? Please assist if you can.

Hi All, In my ALV report clint need some changes, actualy preiously it fetching the data from lfb1 and lf1 thryu select query, and lifnr of lfb1 compare with third table ekko lifnr, so those data match with ekko those data only showing in output. But now client want those data also which not match with ekko table for that bukrs. Means he needs almost all data which belong to perticular bukrs, so while debugging my sy-subrc fails when it reach to ekko table coz system did not get data with maitching records. So please help me out with logic so that all the lfb1 lifnr will show in the output either data is match with ekko or not, actualy he did not bother regarrding other fields in out put , he want if there is no data in other fields of out still it has to show lifnr and name1 for that bukrs, so all the data related with that bukrs need to show. We have one new upgraded system at EHP6, earlier system was at EH4 where multiple user can Run one Z T-code and can edit the entries for the Z-table.

This Z-Tcode is calling SM30 internally for updating the Z-Table.

Now in the upgraded system, when one user is into the transation code, and other user runs that T-code, systems throws a POP-UP mesg saying that the data is locked and can be displayed only(can not be edited).

I have debugged the code in both the environment and found that there is one statement Call C_ENQUEUE ID < > field. for which the Sy_Subrc is coming as 2 in the upgraded system which is causing the issue, where as the sy-subrc is 0 in the system at EH4 level.

Can any body tell me why this Z-tcode is not allowing to be accessed by multiple user at same time for Editing(updating the table) .

OI Routing instructions needs to have a default text even before the PO is
saved. Is this thing possible . I found one exit

I have a batch job running and I have an error coming during some validation logic.

The problem is I need to continue the batch job when this error message comes and it should not cancel the batch job as it is doing currently but display that error message in batch job log, there are more similar error messages coming in job log and job gets finished, but when my error message comes job gets cancelled.

I cannot give it as info message as it will give wrong idea about message type.

Is there any FM by which we can add message in job log?

we have developed one custom program for asset creation but when trying to do so we are getting standard error popup stating " No time-dependent data exists for interval from 01.01.2014 to 31.12.9999 ". The asset has been created in 2011. we checked the time dependent flag in table ANLA which is blank. Can anyone please help to identify what could be the issue ?

i have created a smartform with template for a window, and maintained small in size(heigh and width) for template compared to window size....the smartform is working fine in the Development server...

once it is transported to Quality it is throwing an error stating %template does not fit in window...even though is working fine in Development server...why this is happening...

I cannot find the on/off table for infocube nav attributes. We have to include what is "On" in our documentation spreadsheets, and I'm tired of clicking through all this manually, updating the spreadsheet manually, etc. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED. One would think it would be found in "RSDICHAPRO", but there are no entries found for the cube I'm looking at.

Our company has changed her denomination so this name should be reflected on the PO header.

We have updated table T001.

We have also updated a table called YRGTT_XXXX_HEADER (XXXX is the company code) for PO header using transaction SO10 but the issue is still pending.

I don't if this is a standard thing or not.

We are working on a custom built software which will communicate with SAP.

There are certain requirements where we cant find any solutions.

Any answer to the following questions will be very helpful.

1. How to copy the SAP Menu? Including the sub-nodes & description.

2. While creating PO or any in any other transactions, how to capture the Error image shown? or How to copy the contents of the message shown?

3. In the PO creation screen (ME21N), there are lot of TABS (as shown in the below pic). Is there any keyboard shortcut to shift between these tabs?

My requirement is the following:

I have an Freight cost condition type applied on the Total amount of the Sales order.

I need to take into account for this basis amount also the items with Reason for rejection:

Example:

Freight cost: 0€ if order is 150€ and more,

Item 10: 140€

Item 20: 20€ : no stock --> Reason of rejection put:

As it is not customer fault, we want to give him the freight cost for free.

How would you code this in the Pricing procedure formula?

I have searched in your previous threads and could not find a solution. My requirement is that i need to create a PDF file from Binary format. First i am converting the internal table data to Binary format. Now i need to create PDF file from Binary format.

Kindly help me in this regard. Here i am able to convert the Binary format to Excel format, but unable to convert to PDF format. But the user requires the file must be in PDF format so that it is non editable.
