We have given F4 help for field Work type in a custom transaction. Search help output will display 2 columns as shown below.
We need to know whether user clicked on 1st column or 2nd column. How to identify which column has been selected in search help output.

Hi all,
I'm reading an XML file, first I used SRTUTIL_CONVERT_XML_TO_TABLE but the information in TAG_VALUE
doesn't had spaces between words, so then I tried with SMUM_XML_PARSE and I got the information separated by spaces in CVALUE,
but now the problem is CVALUE is char255, I need to read a long text in one tag, so it's been truncated, how can I read the information?
do you know why the first function module is not working?

I have a requirement that :-
I have a final internal table : let say itab_final[] ,
It is having some fields like KUNNR . BUKRS , etc ..
.
I want that every kunnr corresponding line items output should be on a new page ...
this means that a new page should be triggered on the change of KUNNR .
A new page should be triggered.
I have used NEW-PAGE event for this purpose .
Gurus suggest and workaround if any ..to achieve this functionality .

I am designing my first OOALV application. I am using splitter container to split the custom container into top and bottom. In my bottom container, it is showing empty, but it is showing data in the top container.I checked all the blogs, but the solution is not coming. What is the error ? Please check the attachment.

I am executing a print preview of a particular document in va03 and in debug mode value of a particular variable tbl_adresse-name1 = A&B&C.
This variable is used in SAP script but the value in spool and print preview is AC instead of A&B&C.
I have debugged in driver program and SAP script by activating debugger in se71. No where could I find the value changing to AC.
Yet, it is appearing as AC in spool output and print preview. How do I fix this problem.

I am using this FM CSAP_MAT_BOM_MAINTAIN to create alternate BOM. My business requirement is -

through this FM I can create first entry with alternate BOM 4 but when I am trying to create 2nd entry with alternate BOM 5 it is throwing error "BOM already exists for 39130101 GB39 5".
Is there any way to avoid this or is there any FM to fulfill my business requirement.

Hi Gurus,
I have created an extractor that remotely calls a report and retrieves data into SAP BW
When I'm testing the extractor in RSA3 it works perfectly fine however, when called from SAP BW it retrieves no data.
The reason is that in the extractor I'm calling the report in ERP the following way:
DATA: BEGIN OF list_tab OCCURS 0.
INCLUDE STRUCTURE abaplist.
END OF list_tab.
SUBMIT zmrmm_xx WITH SELECTION-TABLE rspar_tab WITH p_nozero = p_nozero
EXPORTING LIST TO MEMORY
AND RETURN.
It turned out that this statement works fine when testing it in RSA3 however when called remotely the table LIST_TAB is empty.
Do you guys have any idea what may be the reason and how to overcome it?
I supposed it must be some memory management-related issue.
Any suggestion will be appreciated!

Hey Experts,
to deliver applications from our internal systems to customers, i would like to create a report which creates transport requests containing all objects of a package.
Does anybody know a function module or bapi which adds all objects of a package to a transport request or which returns all objects of a package so that i can add them via TR_OBJECTS_INSERT or something like that.

Can anyone briefly explain about sub-routines and subroutines will support only for parameters or as well as select-options too???
I have infotype with custom fields, the infotype record is inserted via BDC session generated by a report, before the BDC was working fine.
Today the custom fields does not get updated when execute the session in background or foreground.
There is no change in the report at all.
Please advise where I should look for to resolve this issue?

i need your help as i wanted to create a ABAP program where i have made a table of two fields as USERNAME and PASSWORD. and i have entered 10 usernames and their password . now i am trying a make a report where only those 10 username when log in to selection screen a SE11 screen opens up for the 10 users...Please guide on this ..

As per the requirement, i have created a Z tcode to create Prequalification vendors . There I need to add the attachments for the respective vendors. I am able to add the attachment but it is displaying for all the vendors. My requirement is vendor should be able to see his attachments but not other vendor's attachments.
Whatever the attachments attached to a particular vendor he should be able to see but not others.
Whenever I am adding a new attachment to a new vendor and selecting attachment list, it is displaying all the attachments which have been assigned to other vendors but not related to that particular vendor.
Please help me on this.

I have to disable Gross Price in ME22N > Service Line for those PO's where GR is done.
now i am facing an issue that i can't find the Internal table which carries this data.
i have already checked most of the Exits in ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST> PROCESS_ITEM.
i have two options:
1. Either disable the field.
2. Or throw an error message if there is any change in the Service line item when the GR is already done.
i am trying to achieve the second option but i can't find the data for the service line items where GR is already done.
if i am entering a new Service line item i can find the data for the new entry in ZXMLUU17 .
please suggest how to achieve this.
I am working with alv secondary list when i enter amount and click on save it should save in table as .00 at the end.like for example if i enter amount as 100 it should save as 100.00? How can i acheive it??

I am required to enhance VA02 when we are editing the document .. Meaning that When a delivery is created and I deleted it the Document is back to Open status If i edit the Sold to party Payer disappears when I save the document and it is not able to be billed again as it has no payer..
