Adding labels to xd03 "name 2 " field

Dear Experts

We have a requirement to add labels like "Division" & "Designation" against the "Name 2" and "Name 3" tabs in xd01/02/03 screen.

SAP has not provided a label to these fields. Is there a BAPI or user exit through which we can add labels to these fields ? Has anyone implemented it for their clients? Please note that we do not want these fields to be added in another screen/ tab as custom fields. These have to appear below name 1 in the tabs against name2 , name3 etc.

Any help w.r.t this will be highly appreciated.
