Stop production order confirmation before GI

Hello,

My client wants to stop production order confirmation (CO11N) if GI for the components is not executed. GI is always done via MIGO (mov type 261). We don't want to use backflush.

I have set in BS02 (Customizing user status profile) the user profile with two option (allowed and not allowed) and updated production order type (OPJH) with user profile.

After creation and release the user status is set to "not allowed".

After GI via MIGO , the system status of production order gets GMPS (Goods movement posted).

But the user status is still equal to  "not allowed", means no confirmation is allowed.

1. Is it possible automatically change user status to "allowed" after GI is done?
2. Is it possible to  check if all components with full amount were good issued and only after to change the user status automatically to "allowed"?
3. If the answers to first two questions are negative, do I need to use Enhancement - MBCF0002 with Functional Module - EXIT_SAPMM07M_001 to implement my requirements?
