USER SAP123 blocks reservation 44560

Hello All,

I have a custom program where I add materials in the components of an order(iw32) using BAPI ALM ORDER MAINTAIN. Once component is saved a reservation will be created for each line item in the components. The same program does goods issue (261) against goods reservation. When we process bulk orders - we get the user blocks reservation. Goods issue is done using BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE.

Note : The reservation is not opened by any one or not opened on any windows.

Please let me know how we can solve this issue.
